What broadcasters are saying about NetMusicWorks.
"NetMusicWorks brings newer music to my attention in a way which encourages me to air it. I love the chance to audition, learn more about the composers and artists at a single location. When I request a CD it is delivered promptly, and I'm not being asked to download material all the time. This service is a godsend. NetMusicWorks works for me!" – Caitriona Bolster, Music Director, KWAX-FM
"A broadcaster can ask for what they want and it appears in the few days. I know I'm enjoying three composers I'd never heard of before and they are from NetMusicWorks." – Canary Burton, Music Host, WOMR
Free and with no obligation, NetMusicWorks offers you the most streamlined, time-effective way to discover the new music and artists of today. Our unique service focuses exclusively on contemporary concert music: symphonic and chamber music, solo and ensemble concert artists. Our mission is to expand the global audience for the exciting concert music that is happening now.
Here's how it works. On a biweekly basis, our Media Partners receive concise email Artist Bulletins highlighting several Artists, with easy links to Artist Profile pages posted on the NetMusicWorks site. In less than ten minutes, you can preview new and interesting music from a number of Artists. The Artist Profile pages feature audio excerpts, along with brief program notes. Each of our Artists have at least one piece that is commercially available. If you are interested in broadcasting or reviewing a piece, just contact us and we will immediately send you the music.
It's completely free. There are no catches or obligations. We never send unsolicited CDs, press kits or mp3s. You get only the music you want. It's that simple.
Please contact us to become one of our Media Partners and enjoy exploring the rich audio palette that is contemporary concert music.
"NetMusicWorks enables me to quickly sample works by contemporary composers and musicians whom I otherwise might not be exposed to at all. As the producer/host of "Compact Discoveries," I can say this service has inspired me to include more 20th and 21st Century music in my series." – Fred Flaxman, Producer/Presenter, Compact Discoveries
"NetMusicWorks has given me the opportunity to play the works of new composers and especially women composers." – Tom Quick, Music Host, CKWR
